  1. Booking is made after sending an inquiry from or an e-mail to:
  2. After sending an inquiry or an e-mail, a client receives information about all the details of the reservation (including payment, advance amount etc.).
  3. The agreement between the owner and the client covers only the rental facility. The cost of travel, meals and time organization are the responsibility of the customer. The price in your confirmation email and on the website is based on the total rent including all taxes and charges for utilities and final cleaning. In the room with a kitchenette, all dishes and pots must be left clean, otherwise, the amount of 50 PLN will be deducted from the deposit and charged as an extra cleaning .
  4. All reservations require a reservation fee in the amount of 30% of the rental price or 100% of the rental price if the booking is made in less than 7 days before arrival.
    The reservation fee is non-refundable and the price offer is not subject to change.
  5. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer at least a week prior to arrival.


  1. Check in time is between 14:00 – 20:00 hours. There is a possibility to set the time of arrival individually.
  2. Check-in time is set by a customer a day before arrival over the phone.
  3. Upon arrival to the apartment, the guest is required to present a valid identity card/passport, sign the rental agreement and pay a returnable deposit of 50 PLN / day.
  4. Residents can refuse to give the keys when, the guest:
    - Does not have a valid identity document;
    - is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    - behaves in an aggressive manner.


  1. The mandatory check out time is between 08.00 and 11.00 hours. There is a possibility to set the time of departure individually.
  2. Departure time is set at least a day before leaving the apartment over the phone. In the case of no contact, the resident receives the keys until 11.00 hours.
  3. Unarranged extension of departure time is tantamount to a payment for another day.


  1. We are not responsible for things left in the apartments.
  2. Moving furniture and smoking is prohibited. Curfew is from 22:00 to 6:00 hours. Only the customers are allowed to be in apartments during the curfew
  3. The customer is obliged to preserve the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the rented property in good condition. The customer is obliged to report to the person receiving the keys of any damage caused by them during the stay. The client is obliged to cover the cost of damage and the repair of it.
  4. In some of the apartments pets are permitted by prior agreement. The cost of stay of an animal ranges from 10 to 50PLN per day.
  5. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused during your stay connected with:
    -construction works
    -non-delivery media, electricity, water (failures).
  6. Personal information is protected under the Act dated 29.08.1997 “On protection of personal data” (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883.) to prevent access to any third party.
